A. Hima Kumari - President
A. Hima Kumari has been actively involved in social service and public life, alongside her responsibilities as a homemaker. She has worked extensively in women empowerment initiatives, encouraging women’s participation in social and developmental activities.
She played an active role in the Praja Rajyam Party, serving as the Media Cell In-Charge, where she was responsible for communication, coordination, and public outreach. She later served as the State PCC Mahila General Secretary for the undivided Andhra Pradesh, reflecting her leadership and organizational capabilities at the state level.
A. Hima Kumari has also been deeply involved in rural development activities, focusing on community welfare and grassroots-level improvements. She took up the long-standing issues related to the Narayana Rao Layouts and served as Vice President of the ABNTVVP Welfare Association, working closely with plot owners to represent their concerns and pursue solutions.
Following the IECHB Society elections, she was elected as President of the society. In this role, she is actively engaging with government bodies and authorities to resolve long-pending issues faced by plot owners, with a strong focus on transparency, accountability, and sustainable outcomes.
Srikanth Kandagatla – Vice President
Srikanth Kandagatla is an experienced Project Manager working with a reputed Multinational Corporation (MNC). He holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
Along with his professional career, he is an active participant in social service activities and is deeply committed to community development. He is a Founder Trustee of Ayush Charitable Trust, through which he actively supports healthcare programs for underprivileged communities by providing affordable and effective diagnostic services.
Srikanth also plays an active role in the Industrial Employees’ Co-operative House Building Society Ltd., where he works closely with plot owners to help them achieve their long-standing goals and protect their interests.
With a strong blend of professional expertise, leadership skills, and social responsibility, Srikanth Kandagatla continues to contribute meaningfully both in his career and in service to society.
A. Venkateshwarlu – Secretary
A. Venkateshwarlu has been actively involved in public service and social leadership from his early years. He began his journey as a student leader with ABVP, where he developed strong leadership and organizational skills.
He has worked extensively in social activities in the KPHB area, contributing to community welfare and public causes. He was also an active member of the Praja Rajyam Party, participating in grassroots-level political and social initiatives.
Demonstrating his commitment to public service, he contested as a Corporator from KPHB 4th Phase under the TRS Party, addressing local civic issues and advocating for residents’ welfare.
He later took up the long-pending issues of Narayana Rao Layouts and served as President of the ABNTVVP Welfare Association, where he played a key role in representing plot owners’ concerns and driving collective efforts toward resolution.
Following the IECHB Society elections, he was elected as Secretary and is currently working closely with government bodies and authorities to resolve long-standing issues faced by plot owners, with a focus on transparency, legal compliance, and sustainable solutions.
Mr. Satyavanthudu Savile -Treasurer
Mr. Satyavanthudu Savile holds a Bachelor of Arts. catering in Diploma. He worked with the Electrolux Limited for 18 years in the HR department and worked very well there. I got along well with everyone. After taking voluntary retirement from Electrolux Limited, Satyavanthudu moved to Bangalore to head the Gammon India Limited. Currently, he residence in Hyderabad and is focused on resolving issues faced by the plot owners of Tellapur, Ameenpur, Patancheruvu and Kollur.
Mr N S Gaurav Kumar Verma – Director
Mr N S Gaurav Kumar Verma Former Vice President for Lion’s Club of Bowenpally (1992-2016), dedicated to community service. Organised and supported numerous initiatives, including blood donation camps, eye camps, health camps, and distribution of essential items such as tailor stitching machines, books, and wheelchairs. Committed to making a positive impact in the community.
Also served as Vice President of SWAMY VIVEKANANDA YOUTH WELFARE ASSOCIATION (40 to 45), years driving community development through diverse initiatives. Organised distributions of essential items like sarees, blankets, vegetables, fruits, and wheelchairs. Conducting stitching training camps, sports events (Kabadi, Football, Cricket, Kho-Kho, etc.), and health-focused camps including eye camps, water camps, and blood donation drives. Committed to empowering the community through service. owner of Kumar color lab (Chikkadpally) specializing in life size photograph of Cine celebrities God’s deities. He printed the life size Photo Prints of Shirdi Saibaba, other Guruji’s and many more. He also specialised in cine poster designing and Show Cards designing for more than 200 to 300 Movies Was the Vice President of ABNTVPP Welfare Association is now Presently Elected as Director of IECHBS LTD is now vested with the responsibility of clearing the issues of four ventures with the Government and serve the members of these ventures.
Mr. V. Yadagiri – Director
Mr. V. Yadagiri is a retired BHEL employee and an ex-employee of the BHEL Society. He currently serves as the Secretary of the ABNTVVP Welfare Association. With long-standing involvement in society and welfare activities, he has been actively working for the benefit of plot owners with true commitment, integrity, and dedication. His experience, disciplined approach, and deep understanding of society-related matters have enabled him to consistently support and guide initiatives aimed at safeguarding the interests of plot owners and strengthening the association’s objectives.
Mr. K.G.S.Prasad – Director
Mr. K.G.S.Prasad worked in BHEL as a P.A. for a period of 36 years. During my service I don’t have any remark and retired. After my retirement I joined in ABNTVPP Welfare Association and working under the Leadership of Smt.A.Himakumari.
In the recent elections Smt.Himakumari was elected as President for Industrial Employees Co-operative House Building Society Limited. I am also one of the Director in the Assn. Under the Leadership of the President I am promissing that whatever the work is assigned to me I will do honestly and sincerely.
Mrs. Sajeeda Moinuddin – Director
Mrs. Sajeeda Moinuddin. She is a distinguished retired Professor of English with an illustrious academic and teaching career spanning over 32 years. She has taught English Literature and a wide range of gateway and aptitude courses, including GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, GMAT, and Spoken English, helping countless students enhance their language proficiency and pursue higher education opportunities in India and abroad.Over the years, she has been associated with reputed institutions such as Nalanda, St. Paul’s, Visu, and a Fourth-Generation Multinational Company, where she earned a reputation for academic rigor, clarity of instruction, and student-centric mentoring.Her academic credentials reflect her deep commitment to continuous learning and excellence. She holds a B.Sc, B.Ed, and an M.A in English, complemented by specialized qualifications such as PGCTE (Postgraduate Certificate in the Teaching of English), PGDTE (Postgraduate Diploma in the Teaching of English), and AMI, ( American Montessori Degree) which together demonstrate advanced training in language teaching, linguistics, and pedagogy. These credentials place her among a select group of English educators with both broad subject knowledge and refined professional training in teaching English as a discipline.Beyond academics, Ms. Sajeeda Moinuddin has been an active and unwavering advocate for community and societal issues for over a decade. She has diligently pursued matters concerning her society, personally meeting Mr. Sinha, submitting detailed written representations, and consistently following up to ensure that residents’ concerns are heard and addressed. Her persistence, clarity, and sense of responsibility have made her a respected voice and a dependable representative for the community.She also plays a significant role in legal and administrative processes related to her society’s cause. As an individual petitioner in the 2014 common order, she has demonstrated courage, civic awareness, and a strong sense of justice, standing firmly for what is right and lawful. Her ability to combine academic stature with grassroots-level engagement makes her an asset to any organization, and her leadership as Director reflects integrity, empathy, strategic thinking, and an unwavering commitment to the welfare of those she represents.
Mr. Mohd Ayub Ali Khan – Director
Mr. Mohd Ayub Ali Khan is a highly respected civil contractor with over 30 years of experience, known for his dedication, leadership, and commitment to quality. A proud alumnus of Osmania University, he combines strong technical expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset. His projects are recognized for their structural excellence, timely execution, and adherence to the highest standards.
Ayub Ali Khan’s bold decision-making, clear vision, and ability to lead from the front have earned him great respect in the industry. His resilience and professionalism make him a trusted name among clients and colleagues alike. For the past seven years, he has been fighting tirelessly for our cause, standing as a strong pillar of support and integrity.
